  Capable, qualified and professional semi-retired couple will look after your home, business, gardens, pets and livestock on emergency, short term and long term basis.

  
  

  Chris is 63, born in Rochester, UK then a homeowner, businessman, manager and investor on Vancouver Island since moving here from Edmonton, Alberta in 1978. 

  
  

  Annamie is 44, a businesswoman since 1985 in Manila and Cebu, Philippines and since 2004 in Ontario, Alberta and now British Columbia since 2008. 

  
  

  Our home base is close to the Nanaimo Airport at Cassidy on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada so we have good access to air, water and ground transportation. We're both educated, drive (class 5) and are non-smokers, -drinkers or -partiers.

  
  

  Between us we have experience in many professions and trades including design, construction, supervision, transportation, insurance, maintenance and management to pet and garden care. 

  
  

  If you register with us now, we can also advise you of our availability for emergency as well as summer and holiday relief.

  
  

  House Sit Term: I wish to be considered for housesits business relief, pet and garden housesits with lengths in the ranges below:

  Micro Term: 1 to 6 Days 

  Short Term: 7 to 21 Days 

  Short Medium Term: 3+ to 6 Weeks 

  Medium Term: 6+ Weeks to 2 Months 

  Medium Long Term: 2+ to 3 Months

  Victoria Capital Regional District: Sooke, Metchosin, Colwood, Langford, View Royal, Esquimalt, Vic West, Victoria, Oak Bay, Fairfield, Saanich, Royal Oak, Saanichton and Sidney. 

  Greater Vancouver and lower mainland: Access to ferries and ground transportation are very important: Tsawassen, White Rock, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey and Delta. 

  
  

  Rates: Depend on our availability, term required and schedule: lowest rates are in our usual service area (Duncan - Ladysmith - Nanaimo - Parksville) and centered on our home at close to TransCanada Highway and Cedar Road. Cost of transportation is important in setting our rates. 

  
  

  Example: In our service area we are now charging for June 10 - 24, 2011, a regular client in Ladysmith for 2 weeks house - pet - garden sitting: $400 Cdn. or $200 per week or $28.57 / day all inclusive. (includes care of 3 cats, watering plants and taking in papers / mail).
